They got me in nice a quickly at a time that suited me before Christmas, the guy turned up on time and was really lovely, he had a great mannerism and did a quick and efficient job. The carpet came up really well. Obviously we had a few stains that would be able to be removed but that’s understandable after having 3 kids living in a house for the last 6 years! Our elderly cat had a few accidents in my daughter’s room and our office, and no matter what I tried, I just couldn’t get rid of the smell. JP kindly came by after work to offer us a free quote, and from the moment he walked in, it was clear he really knew his stuff. He explained everything so clearly and had a great plan for tackling the issue. Within the week, he was back to give the carpets a much-needed deep clean, now they look and smell incredible! Clean Green Carpet Cleaning & Restoration came to our house to clean our carpet a couple of weeks ago.

Our carpet is quite old and hadn’t been cleaned in many many years! JP rang us to speak with us before our clean to find out more about our carpet and the specific stains that needed removing.

He was very knowledgeable and thorough making sure we understood the limitations of removing stains from our very old carpet.

Not to worry, JP was very thorough while cleaning the carpet. He got out so many stains and marks, some which had been there for years.

JP did a brilliant job!! We could not believe how much better the carpet looked and smelled after it had dried and we are so thrilled with the final results.

I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great, and throughly professional carpet cleaner.

they visited the next day to my urgent plea to help remove a coffee stain from new carpet .
he arrived when he said he would and explained the treatment he was going to use and why.
he returned a couple of days later to check on the stain and tried a different treatment.
again explained everything and options if the rest of the stain didn't come out.
I found JP to be very professional and was very happy with the final result.
