Had the pleasure of dealing with JP today. What an honest chap- he was on time, friendly and had total integrity. you simply don't find that any more. I had a pet urine issue ( YUCK I know ) my carpet is old and manky. He was honest in that it wasn't worth cleaning and would cost more than a replacement . Not to worry, JP was very thorough while cleaning the carpet. He got out so many stains and marks, some which had been there for years.
