After contacting Clean Green to arrange to get a couple of mats shampooed JP called me back asking questions to make sure that they could do the job. In the end the job required a deep immersion clean by their opposition. He volunteered his competition names which meant that he lost work but it was the right thing to do. I was most impressed with his honestly and with his industry knowledge. Highly recommended.

They promptly replied to my message for a quote and even made time to visit for a more accurate assessment that same evening. They managed to fit me into their schedule quickly, and within just 48 hours, my seriously lived on couch was beautifully clean and looking brand new thanks to Josh's hard work in removing multiple stains and grub! I am so happy that I'm about to book them for my carpets too.

The first time we used them to clean a lounge suite, it got ruined with the cleaning because of the type of fabric it was, they came back twice to try and fix, still no success. They ended up relacing the lounge suite with a brand new one! There was no mucking around for weeks waiting for the problem to be sorted. Thank you Clean Green!

Our carpet is quite old and hadn’t been cleaned in many many years! JP rang us to speak with us before our clean to find out more about our carpet and the specific stains that needed removing.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough making sure we understood the limitations of removing stains from our very old carpet.
Not to worry, JP was very thorough while cleaning the carpet. He got out so many stains and marks, some which had been there for years.
JP did a brilliant job!! We could not believe how much better the carpet looked and smelled after it had dried and we are so thrilled with the final results.
I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great, and throughly professional carpet cleaner.

they visited the next day to my urgent plea to help remove a coffee stain from new carpet .
