He was very knowledgeable and thorough making sure we understood the limitations of removing stains from our very old carpet.
Not to worry, JP was very thorough while cleaning the carpet. He got out so many stains and marks, some which had been there for years.
JP did a brilliant job!! We could not believe how much better the carpet looked and smelled after it had dried and we are so thrilled with the final results.
I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great, and throughly professional carpet cleaner.

Finding a time that enabled JP to get his machine alongside our boat was challenging during winter rain but he slotted us in at the first opportunity.
