From excess rain to a broken pipe, flooding can wreak havoc on your home and belongings. Reaction time is critical. To minimise the damage, water removal must happen quickly. When a flooding emergency occurs, call us as soon as possible.
WHAT WE DO IN A FLOODING SITUATION:
- Extraction equipment is brought into the home to physically remove any freestanding water. Water is extracted from carpet, underlay and upholstery.
- If necessary, carpet and/or underlay may be lifted for proper drying.
- Professional grade drying fans are used to dry the affected areas.
- Proper extraction and drying techniques help minimise the possibility of secondary damage, including potential microbial growth (mould)

This is the second time I've used Clean Green and again, they were great! A very organised company who confirm dates and times in the days before the job and stick to them (or keep you updated if there is an emergency change of plan e.g. due to flooding jobs). Josh did an excellent job on the carpets. I highly recommend Clean Green.
After contacting Clean Green to arrange to get a couple of mats shampooed JP called me back asking questions to make sure that they could do the job. In the end the job required a deep immersion clean by their opposition. He volunteered his competition names which meant that he lost work but it was the right thing to do. I was most impressed with his honestly and with his industry knowledge. Highly recommended.
We were so impressed with the fantastic service from start to finish from your company. From the friendly coordinator who managed to organise a last minute same day clean for us, to the awesome young man, Josh, who achieved brilliant results with all of our bedroom carpets, we can’t fault thing! Clean Green Carpet Cleaning and Restoration recently cleaned our couches, dining chairs and large window seat. I can’t believe the results - all of our upholstery looks as good as new. To help us keep them that way in future, JP and his team treated all of the the fabric to protect it against future wear. I can’t recommend this business highly enough. These guys are super professional with outstanding communication and brilliant results.

I highly recommend this team! From my first contact, they were incredibly fast, friendly, and professional. They promptly replied to my message for a quote and even made time to visit for a more accurate assessment that same evening. They managed to fit me into their schedule quickly, and within just 48 hours, my seriously lived on couch was beautifully clean and looking brand new thanks to Josh's hard work in removing multiple stains and grub! I am so happy that I'm about to book them for my carpets too.

Excellent service, excellent communication. The first time we used them to clean a lounge suite, it got ruined with the cleaning because of the type of fabric it was, they came back twice to try and fix, still no success. They ended up relacing the lounge suite with a brand new one! There was no mucking around for weeks waiting for the problem to be sorted. Thank you Clean Green!

Excellent! Stop scrolling for more quotes.I needed a two bedroom unit urgently cleaned. I rung pushy competitors. The lovely lady Korina articulated with ease, knowledge and confidence what my options were. I was stressed and she was wonderful to make a booking with.I discovered a lot offer a service that leaves your carpet wet for days.My carpet was dry the same day.The calm, friendly, and professional guy did his business proud, explained the process, efficient, and most importantly didan Exceptional job, as the tenant had a dog ,Dusty storage come from England .
