From excess rain to a broken pipe, flooding can wreak havoc on your home and belongings. Reaction time is critical. To minimise the damage, water removal must happen quickly. When a flooding emergency occurs, call us as soon as possible.
WHAT WE DO IN A FLOODING SITUATION:
- Extraction equipment is brought into the home to physically remove any freestanding water. Water is extracted from carpet, underlay and upholstery.
- If necessary, carpet and/or underlay may be lifted for proper drying.
- Professional grade drying fans are used to dry the affected areas.
- Proper extraction and drying techniques help minimise the possibility of secondary damage, including potential microbial growth (mould)

We are so grateful to JP and the team — they were absolutely fantastic! Our elderly cat had a few accidents in my daughter’s room and our office, and no matter what I tried, I just couldn’t get rid of the smell. JP kindly came by after work to offer us a free quote, and from the moment he walked in, it was clear he really knew his stuff. He explained everything so clearly and had a great plan for tackling the issue. Within the week, he was back to give the carpets a much-needed deep clean, now they look and smell incredible! They came around and did a fabulous job of our carpets and removed the stain and smell of dog vomit...not to mention the rugs now look white! Thanks heaps! Even in winter carpets dried quite quickly. And they use this super vacumn that picks up lots of animal hair...
